As you lie in bed, fast asleep, something smacks into your mind, full force. A dream carries you away, and a glimmering figure appears before you. Squinting your eyes, you try to determine what this mystical vision is. The thing turns tail and glides downwards. Your gaze follows, and realizes where you are. Floating in thin air. You plummet, and open your mouth to scream. To your surprise, nothing but a panicked yelp escapes your long mouth. You land lightly as if nothing had happened. Crystals are all about you, casting an icy light about you, yet you are not cold. Walking cautiously forward to where you saw the figure drop, you emerge from the mysterious place and you're in a beautiful sunset. All that is before you is the land and the wolves that rule it.

Welcome to Svífa, a world where the Dyrslegur, known in short as the Dyr, roam free on the island of Eyja, off the coast of Iceland.
